For me, its 1 & 5 and I used to be a huge fan up until Locust, then for me it started to become phoned-in; and then Robb himself - and again I agree with alot of his thoughts etc but he goes about it the wrong way and I totally get why people rip on him.

Linkin Park lyrics, for the most part, were very straight forward, not subliminal, therfore not poetic, but that doesn't mean that they're bad. The lyrics still explain something, that something is mental health struggles, and it's done in a way that's easy to understand, and perfectly relates to everyone. Somebody listening doesn't have to force a line to perfectly relate to their own situation, and that, in my opinion, is good song writing. Not to mention the fact that they have a better sense of melody than any other band ever, in order to achieve that, the lyrics have to ryhme, and that they do, almost every next line rhymes with the previous, while also making sense and being perfectly relatable to anyone listening. I would love for a person to name another band that has as many chart topingly catchy songs as Linkin Park, even some of their "chart topingly catchy songs" didn't top charts, what other band at their worst is still making songs that catchy. The song "Forgotten" by them, is the least popular song in the Hybrid Theory album, yet no sane person can deny that the chorus is catchier than what 90% of artists can make. That's what makes Linkin Park so good.

NÜ Metal is why they suck. And tbh the musicians are nothing special.

This album sucks, the drums and vocals are too damm loud. Good luck trying to hear a guitar riff in almost every song. The bass is to damm tight, it sounds very thin. Almost like rice paper thin. The guitar solo's are very weak and too short and the DRUMS sound way to perfectly processed, very click also. Waaaaaaay to much double bass which makes it sound very rushed. I sincerely doubt they took their time with this album. The symbol crashes are buried except for a few, few meaning you can count them on one hand. When you do hear the it sounds like is toasting at a party or wedding with a fine crystal wine glass and a silver fork. And last but not least, the album cover looks a sloppy CGI poster for a B minus movie. It is so cheap looking it almost isn't even laughable. But hey, at least MORBID ANGEL is Death Metal again. Does not sound like Morbid Angel anymore though.

Don't hate em at all, but a lot of people only know them for bring the noise, and they just never got coverage. Metallica and megadeth always had the drama and slayer always had the satanic imagery, which made them controversial.

9 years later and country music has been completely destroyed for the most part. A few guys like colter wall, Zach top, Tyler Childers, and Zach Bryan to name a few are making some good music. Beyoncé just made a “country” album and good grief I think it’s the nail in the coffin… real country music is almost dead.

Bring Me The Horizon are even worse now, I honestly think they should just fire Oliver Sykes, get a new singer and completely overhaul their sound, style, image, everything, cause they really are completely wasted with him as their frontman. Kinda like what CKN said about Geoff Tate in another video, it really is like Oliver Sykes has just fucking cloned himself into the whole entire band, which could explain why Jordan Fish, their keyboard player left recently, probably cause he was sick of Oli and all his bullshit. I mean Oli may be a lot calmer and happier now since he quit drugs a decade ago, but he's still got an ego the size of Albania, and you can clearly tell that he has way too much control over the band and their music.

This is when Metallica came to the realization that their net worth is so high that they could literally defecate into a microphone and Americans will do mental gymnastics to try to find some worth in it. Had a poor garage band made this album.... I'd say that it would be roasted daily but it would be poor people. It would be roasted for a week and then forgotten about. This album is hot garbage and load and reload are even worse.

Songwriting wise, this was their peak. Becoming overkill with song lengths, experimenting and doing stuff for the sake of doing it, putting wankery over brutality etc...would become very problematic after this record but those golden three.... The silent circus, Alaska, and colors....alone will make them a band no one should ever forget

Sevendust always being lumped into cringe buttrock bands is a travesty. They always end up touring with those kinda bands too. I never hear that kind of music when I listen to these guys.

When this review was made, I would have vehemently disagreed with it. But now...after what they've become...he may have been into something lol. Common courtesy will always be great though.
